By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Agreement

By booking a cleaning service, you agree to provide accurate information about your property and cleaning requirements. Any changes to the agreed services must be communicated and approved in advance.

2. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Late payments may incur additional fees.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a $100 late cancellation fee.
  • For Monday appointments, cancellations must be made by 9 a.m. on the preceding Friday.

4. Limitations of Service

OCD Klean reserves the right to refuse service in situations deemed unsafe or inappropriate. Please refer to our service limitations section for details.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive to provide excellent service. Any concerns must be reported during the walkthrough or within 24 hours of service completion. Refunds are only available within this 24-hour period.

6. Liability

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by normal wear and tear, pre-existing conditions, or the use of improper cleaning tools or products by the client.
  • Clients must secure valuables and fragile items before service.

7. Privacy

Your personal information is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to Terms

OCD Klean reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through our website.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii.
